Delivery

Standard Delivery Time

You will receive a Ready to Ship email when your shipment(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse including a tracking number and tracking link. Your purchased items might be fulfilled by multiple shipments and arrive in separate packages. Standard delivery is 4-7 working days depends on your location. Orders placed by Dec 18 may not arrive before Christmas. Additionally, due to holidays, orders after Dec 23 will ship from Dec 29, and orders after Dec 29 will ship after Jan 5. Thank you for your patience and understanding. 

The courier will contact you directly for delivery. Some tracking links may not be available right away. In such cases, please check back again or CONTACT US. 

Due to the recent increase in fraudulent messages, SF Express Hong Kong will start sending self-pick up notification through the "SF Express Hong Kong Official APP" (SFHK APP) from April 14, 2025. Customers will no longer receive notifications via text messages to ensure the security of their information.

Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes and the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.

The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the location processing time.

Delivery Fees

Standard Shipping Fee is HKD 50. Free Shipping is offered for purchase over HKD 1,000 in a single order, excluding tax and duties (if applicable).

Defects

If the delivered products have obvious material or production defects, including damage caused by transport, please CONTACT US and we will guide you for the next step. 

Gift wrapping service

CalvinKlein.com offers a gift wrapping service. You can select the gift wrapping option (HKD 30) during checkout. We will carefully package your items and deliver them in a Calvin Klein gift box. Each order will be provided with a suitable box based on the size of the products.

Please note that some items are not eligible for gift wrapping, and gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
